Dr. Robert Means was born and raised in Ponca City, OK. After graduating high school he went on to become a graduate of Oklahoma State University with degrees in Animal Science (1986) and Veterinary Medicine (1989). Following graduation, Dr. Robert practiced in a small animal hospital in Dallas, TX for 4 years. For five years, he managed and practiced a progressive small animal hospital in Cape May Court House, NJ. In 1998, Robert Means fulfilled his professional dream of owning his own practice when he purchased King Animal Clinic from Dr. Elmo King. He has been the owner for the last 13 years and has built a loyal bond with his clients and staff.
Dr. Robert lives in McKinney, TX with his 3 youngest children and his two pets, a Puggle named Nellie and a Napoleon cat named Stubbers. His oldest daughter is currently a Freshman at Oklahoma State. Robert and his family are very active in horse showing and ice hockey. He also enjoys reading good books, going to see movies with his children and spending quality family time together.
Receptionist
Ashley Tuley
Ashley has worked as the receptionist for King Vet Clinic since April of 2005. She schedules all appointments and is very professional and great in dealing with our clients and beloved patients. She is a very outgoing person with a great personality that is able thrive through the face of King Vet. She was born and raised in McKinney and is the mother to 2 beautiful daughters named Alexandria and Leah. Ashley has always loved animals ever since she was a little girl and always dreamed of a career working with animals and has been able to follow her passion of working with animals for the last 6 years here at King Vet.

Erica Cobbs
Erica has worked in the animal medical field for 10 years. She came to King vet in July of 2007. She is diligent in client relationships and helping educate clients about animal care. She has always been an animal lover. She has a beautiful little girl named Jaycee. She is the owner of a boxer named Harley Jane and a border collie mix named Johnny Reb. aka Rebel. Danny Martinez
Danny has worked for King Vet for the last two years. He has a cat named Lucky which he actually adopted from us here at King Vet. A man found him on the highway after being thrown out of a car. Danny is very hands on and makes it first priority to be personal with all our special boarders and really adores all animals. He always puts forth so much effort being dedicated to get to know each and every animal and forming a bond with all our four legged friends. He is the first one here in the mornings and the last to leave and really takes on so much responsibility daily with keeping our kennel clean and our boarders spoiled and happy through out their stay here with us.
